New place to find the art works from Martha Petrona Jimenez Perez

Camaguey- A site, located in the Plaza del Carmen, will be used to commercialize the work of the artist Martha Petrona Jimenez Perez, by the Cuban Fund of Cultural Goods (FCBC), in various supports of applied arts.

This place is an extension of the Studio-Workshop of Martha Petrona, in operation since 2006, and resides in Hermanos Aguero street # 257, between Honda and Carmen.

The objectives of this entity are to market a set of works by Martha Jimenez, in addition to expanding and differentiating the lines of work of that artist, through applied arts.

This project was sponsored by the Office of the Historian of the City of Camaguey (OHCC), and it's found in the touristic circuit of the city. It is located in the Plaza del Carmen, in the patrimonial zone of the city, and near of the sculptural group of this well-known artist.

Among the offers of this new store are souvenirs, like postcards, cups, textiles, reproductions in cardboards, among others. Each piece that is marketed reflects the cultural heritage of the Plaza del Carmen, its sculptural ensemble and the work of Martha Jimenez.
